LeavingChongqingtogotoHongKong

ZouTaofenexpressedhiswilltojointhepartyinhiswill.ZouTaofendiedonJuly24inthe33rdyearoftheRepublicofChina(1944).OnSeptember28ofthesameyear,atelegramofcondolencesfromtheCentralCommitteeoftheCommunistPartyofChinatothefamilyofZouTaofen,modifiedbyZhouEnlaihimself,wassent.ThetelegramofcondolencesexpressedthatheacceptedZouTaofen'sdeathbedrequest,ratifiedhimasamemberoftheCommunistPartyofChina,andfullyaffirmedhisachievements:"Mr.Taofenhasbeenfightingforthenationalsalvationmovement,democraticpolitics,andculturalundertakingsformorethan20years.Althoughheisinprison.Exile,neversuccumbtorape,neverchangehisviewsuntilthelastbreath.YuYinYinthinksofthepeopleofthemotherland,hisspiritwillgrowintheworld,andhisworkswillbeimmortal."

Budova památníku

Bývalá rezidence ZouTaofeni umístěné č. 54,Wanyifang (ChongqingSouthRoad205). byla založena v č. 53 Wanyifang, ChongqingSouthRoad, Shanghai. 26. května 1959 a 7. prosince ,1977, to bylo oznámeno dvakrát jako městská jednotka na ochranu kulturních památek.

Pamětní socha

V listopadu 1985 byla v centru hrabství Yujiang, YingtanCity, provincie Jiangxi, postavena celotělová socha ZouTaofen.
