2.Handlingbasicbankaccount
Afterthecompanyregistrationiscompleted,youneedtoopenabasicbankaccount.Thebasicaccountisthemainaccountforthecompany'scapitaltransactions.Thedailyfundreceiptsandpaymentsofoperatingactivities,aswellasthewithdrawalofwages,bonusesandcashcanallbehandledthroughthisaccount.Eachcompanycanonlyopenonebasicaccount.
3、Accountingandtaxreporting
Aftercompletingthecompanyregistration,youneedtogothroughthetaxreportfirst,andyouneedtoprovideonewhenyoureportAccountinginformation(includingname,IDnumber,contactphonenumber).Fromonemonthaftertheestablishmentofthecompany,theaccountantneedstokeepmonthlyaccountsanddeclaretaxestothetaxauthorities.Aftertheenterprisepreparestheinformationandreportstothespecialmanagementoffice,thetaxbureauwillverifythetypeoftaxpaidbytheenterprise,thetaxrate,thetimefortaxdeclaration,andthetaxadministratoroftheenterprise.Theenterprisewilldeclareandpaythetaxbasedonthetaxapprovedbythetaxationdepartmentinthefuture.
4Paysocialsecurity
Afterthecompanyisregistered,youneedtoopenacompanyatthesocialsecuritybureauunderthejurisdictionoftheareawithin30daysForthesocialsecurityaccount,applyforthe"SocialSecurityRegistrationCertificate"andCAcertificate,andsignatripartiteagreementwithsocialsecurityandthebank.Afterthat,socialsecurityrelatedexpenseswillbeautomaticallydeductedfromthebasicbankaccountwhensocialsecurityispaid.
5.Applyfortaxcontrolandinvoices
Ifacompanywantstoissueinvoices,itneedstoapplyforataxcontrollerandparticipateintaxcontrolUsetrainingandverifyapplicationinvoices.Aftercompletingtheapplication,thecompanycanissueaninvoicebyitself.
6、EnterpriseAnnualReport
Accordingtothe"InterimRegulationsonEnterpriseInformationDisclosure",fromJanuary1toJuneeachyearOnthe30th,anenterpriseshouldsubmitanannualreportforthepreviousyear,whichincludesabriefintroductiontothecompany'sbasicinformation,mainfinancialdataandindicators,changesinsharecapital,andshareholderstatus.
Note:Thecompaniesthatneedtodoanannualreporteachyearare:MainlandcompanieswhosebusinesslicensesareregisteredbeforeDecember31ofthepreviousyear.
Accordingtoindustryandcommerceadministrationregulations,companiesthatfailtopublishtheirannualreportswithintheprescribedtimelimitwillbeincludedinthelistofbusinessabnormalitiesandfinedbytheindustryandcommerceauthorities.Companiesthathavenotreportedannualreportsformorethanthreeyearswillbeincludedinthe"blacklist"ofcompaniesthathaveseriouslyviolatedthelaw.Afterbeingincludedintheabnormallist,thecompanywillnotbeabletochange,cancel,ortransfershares,andthepubliccancheckthecompany'sabnormalsituationatanytimeduringexternalcooperation.Atthesametime,administrativerestrictionsareimposedonlegalpersonsandseniormanagement.

Howtoreapplyforbusinesslicense
1.Ifthebusinesslicenseislost,thefirststepistoregisterillustrate.
2.TheAdministrationforIndustryandCommercehandlesthefollowingprocedures:
⑴The"CompanyChangeRegistrationApplication"signedbythelegalrepresentativeandstampedbythecompany'sofficialseal.
⑵"CertificateofDesignatedRepresentativeorJointAgent"stampedbythecompany.
(3)Thelimitedliabilitycompanysubmitstheresolutionsoftheshareholdersmeeting(decision),whichshallbestampedbytheshareholders(unitshareholders)orsigned(naturalpersonshareholders).
Thecompanylimitedbysharessubmitstheresolutions(meetingminutes)ofthegeneralmeetingofshareholders,whichshallbesignedbythechairpersonofthemeetingandthedirectorspresentatthegeneralmeeting.

InDecember2018,theStateAdministrationforMarketRegulationissuedanotice,decidingtoenablethenewversionofthebusinesslicenseacrossthecountryfromMarch1,2019.Inthefuture,alltypesofmarketentitiesthathavebeenapprovedbytheregistrationauthoritytoestablish,changeregistrationandreissuebusinesslicenseswillissuenewbusinesslicenses.Alltypesofmarketentitiesthathaveexistedbeforecancontinuetousetheoriginalbusinesslicenseorapplyforanewbusinesslicense.
Foreignenterpriseapplication
Foreign-investedenterprisenameregistration
Foreign-investedenterpriseintheprojectproposalandfeasibilitystudyreport(orprojectApprovalform)Afterapproval,beforesigningthecontractandthecompany’sarticlesofassociation,anapplicationfornameregistrationshouldbefiledwiththeadministrativeauthorityforindustryandcommerce.Toapplyfornameregistration,thefollowingdocumentsandcertificatesshouldbesubmitted:
(1)"ForeignInvestmentEnterpriseNameApplicationForm"signedbythepersoninchargeofestablishmentandstampedbytheestablishmentunit(producedandissuedbytheadministrativeauthorityforindustryandcommerce).
(2)Projectproposalanditsapprovaldocumentorfeasibilitystudyreportanditsapprovaldocument(includingtheapprovalformofSino-foreignjointventure,Sino-foreigncooperativeprojectorapplicationforestablishmentofaforeign-fundedenterprise).
(3)Legalbusinessopeningcertificateandbankcreditcertificateissuedbythegovernmentofthecountry(region)wheretheinvestorsarelocated.
Thenameofaforeign-investedenterpriseshouldbecomposedofthefollowingparts:administrativedivision,fontsize(tradename),industryorbusinesscharacteristics,andorganizationalform.
Afterthenameisapproved,theadministrationforindustryandcommercewillissueanoticeofapprovalfortheregistrationoftheforeign-investedenterprisename.Enterprisessigncontracts,articlesofassociation,andgothroughapprovalproceduresaccordingly.
Foreign-investedenterpriseregistrationforbusinessopening
