Destroying peace



After the Second World War, the "Agreement on the Complaints and Punishment of the European Axis" and its attachment "The Charter of the European International Military Tribunal" determined the crime of destroying peace as a war. In the Charter, it provides a legal basis for the damage of peaceful crime, providing legal basis for effective punishment of war criminals. The European International Military Tribunal and the Far East International Military Tribunal submitted "destroying peace" as the first war crime of the Tribunal.
