Causes
Accordingtoexperienceandanalysisofnewspapers,ghostimagesaremainlycausedbythefollowingreasons:
1)Poorpressureadjustment
Theprintingpressureandthecontactpressurebetweenthevariousinkrollersarenotinthebestprintingstate,causingpartialinkshortageandforming"ghostimages".Theinkrollersarerequiredtohavegoodcontactwitheachothertoensurethenormaltransmissionoftheink,andthecontactshouldnotbetoolightortooheavy.Accordingtocommonsense,thethinsolidlinesonthelayoutarenoteasytoproduce"ghostimages",butduetoimproperadjustmentofthepressurebetweentheinkrollers,thenormalinktransferandwatersupplywillbeaffected,andthephenomenonof"ghostimages"willalsooccur.Aslongasthepressureisre-adjustedtoensurethesmoothandeventransferoftheink,the"ghostimage"phenomenoncanbeeliminated.However,iftheprintingpressureistoolight,therewillbepartialblurringintheprintedproduct,andwaterrippleswillalsoappearinseverecases.
2)Cylindergearsandbearinggearsareworn

4)Newspaperlayoutdesignneedstobeimproved
