The"Regulations"clarifythatusersofonlineinformationcontentservicesshouldusetheInternetinacivilizedandhealthymanner,andperformcorrespondingobligationsinaccordancewiththerequirementsoflawsandregulationsanduseragreements,andpost,reply,leavemessages,bulletscreens,etc.Whenparticipatinginonlineactivitiesintheformofcivilizedinteractionandrationalexpression,theillegalinformationspecifiedinArticle6oftheseregulationsshallnotbereleased,andtheharmfulinformationspecifiedinArticle7oftheseregulationsshallbepreventedandresisted.Onlineinformationcontentserviceusers,producers,andplatformsmustnotengageinillegalactivitiessuchasonlineviolence,humanfleshsearch,deepforgery,trafficfraud,oraccountmanipulation.
