QSevaluatesthelong-termcomprehensivequalityofadisciplineonthefollowingfourindicatorsinthepastfiveyears:eachdisciplineinitsprofessionalfield,theworld’stopexpertsandscholarsTheprofessionalevaluationandrecognitionofdisciplinesarecarriedoutthroughthe"GlobalAcademicReputationSurvey".Theoverallqualityandcompetitivenessofthegraduatestrainedinthisdisciplineinthepast5yearshavebeenevaluatedandrecognizedbytheworld'stopemployersthroughthe"GlobalEmployerReputation"survey.Theannual"GlobalAcademicReputation"and"GlobalEmployerReputation"surveysarethelargest,mostcomprehensiveandin-depthsurveysofthistypeintheworld.Theothertwoindicatorsarethe"citedperarticle"oftheentiredisciplineinSCOPUS,theworld'slargestpapercitationdatabase,andthe"highlycitedindex"oftheentiredisciplineinSCOPUS.
