The"Decision"proposestofurtherreducethemanagementcatalogofindustrialproductproductionlicenses,cancelthemanagementof14typesofindustrialproductproductionlicenses,anddelegatethemanagementof4typesofindustrialproductproductionlicensestotheprovincialpeople'sgovernment.Technicalsupervisiondepartment(marketsupervisionandmanagementdepartment).Afterthisreform,theproductsunderthemanagementofindustrialproductproductionlicenseswillbereducedfrom38categoriesto24categories.
